I recently completed a renovation at my salon /spa and Harbin's provided the flooring services for us. I can't recommend them enough and there are so many reasons why. First - when I called to schedule a meeting for a quote, they responded quickly and showed up on time for the appointment. Within 24 hours I had a quote! Kris was extremely patient with me during the process of choosing a floor and ordering numerous samples to test hair color staining on going back and forth before making a final selection. The installation team was top notch, professional, polite and got the job done earlier than originally planned. Every step of the process with Harbin's was easy! Sadly, it's not as common anymore as you would think to find contractors/vendors who will communicate in a timely manner, show up when they've promised AND do quality work, however, HARBINS DOES!! Can't thank them enough for our new flooring - it looks fantastic and we've gotten so many compliments!
